Turkey Roll

  1. In a 10-inch skillet over low heat, melt the margarine; add onion and celery.
  2. Cook, stirring often until onion is golden. Stir in flour; add 1/2 cup milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and add salt, turkey and Accent.
  4. Set aside to cool while preparing dough.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the biscuit mix and poultry seasoning; add the 2/3 cup milk and mix to form a dough.
  6. Roll to a 10-inch square.
  7. Spread with the turkey mixture and roll up tightly; place seam down on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  8. Brush top with extra milk and bake at 400u0b0 for 35 minutes.
