Steamed Veggies With Herbed Cheese

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a large pot over medium-high heat, steam carrots, covered, 5 minutes.
  3. Add remaining vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle salt over all, cover and steam 10 minutes more.
  5. Drain vegetables and blot dry on paper towels.
  6. Arrange on an ovenproof plate.
  7. Set aside.
  8. In a small bowl, combine cheese and herbs.
  9. Add to vegetable mixture and toss to mix well.
  10. Broil until cheese is bubbly.
  11. Serve immediately.
