German Chocolate Pound Cake

  1. Melt chocolate over boiling water; cool.
  2. Sift dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in butter, dry ingredients, milk and vanilla. Mix to dampen flour.
  4. Beat 2 minutes with mix.
  5. Add eggs, yolk and chocolate.
  6. Beat 1 minute longer.
  7. Grease and flour tube Bundt pan.
  8. Pour batter.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  10. Cool in pan 15 minutes.
  11. Remove and cool completely.
  12. Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
