Chicken Balls

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients and with a small ice scoop and form balls.
  2. Place onto a half sheet pan and refrigerate to set and bag into heavy duty freezer bag and into the freezer.
  3. These chicken balls are great deep fry or steamed.
  4. Make about 50 1 1/2oz balls.

ground chicken, stalks green onions, shallot, peel, garlic, fresh ginger, chinese black mushrooms, water chestnut, oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, white pepper, eggs, cornstarch
