Chicken Artichoke Casserole

  1. Drain artichokes.
  2. Place in greased 9 x 13 dish.
  3. Layer rice and chicken over artichokes. Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry and 3/4 of cheese together.
  4. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  5. Toast bread crumbs in melted butter, toss with parmesan cheese and sprinkle on top of casserole.
  6. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.
  7. Serves 8 - 10.
