Cranberry Pear Crisp

  1. In lightly greased 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish, thoroughly mix cranberries, pears, granulated sugar, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of flour; set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix remaining 3 tablespoons flour with the brown sugar.
  3. With a pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in oats and nuts; sprinkle evenly over fruit mixture.
  5. Bake in 375u0b0 oven for 40 minutes.
  6. Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve plain or with milk.
  8. Serves eight.
  9. Per serving without milk:
  10. 331 calories, 4 g protein, 52 g carbohydrates, 14 g fat, 74 mg sodium.
