Oriental Pork Chops

  1. In medium saucepan, heat oil.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat; add sherry, soy sauce, honey, orange peel, sesame seed and Tabasco sauce.
  4. Place chops in large shallow dish or plastic bag; add marinade.
  5. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Turn chops occasionally.
  6. Remove chops from marinade; pour marinade into small saucepan.
  7. Place chops on grill about 5 inches from source of heat.
  8. Grill 10 minutes on each side.
  9. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine cornstarch and water; stir.
