Goulash
- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1/2 pkg. noodles
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. salad olives
- 1 can tomato soup
- Colby cheese, grated
- Brown hamburger meat.
- While it is browning, cook noodles according to package directions.
- Drain grease off meat.
- Stir in onion, celery, pepper, mushrooms, soups and tomato sauce.
- Salt to taste.
- Add Worcestershire sauce and olives.
- Mix together well and carefully stir in noodles.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour.
- Uncover and top with grated cheese for the last 5 minutes baking time.
