Clark'S Blue Plate Special
- 4 c. potato rounds or Tater Tots
- 1 lb. ground turkey or beef, cooked
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 can Durkee onions
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (Monterey Jack)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Turn oven to 400u0b0.
- Put potato rounds or Tater Tots on bottom of 11 x 7-inch glass or aluminum pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook turkey (or beef) in a skillet on range top. Remove potatoes from oven and add meat over the top of potatoes. Put broccoli as next layer.
- Mix celery soup and milk and pour over broccoli.
- Cover with grated cheese.
- Garnish with Durkee onions.
- Return to oven and bake 20 minutes.
