Herb Salmon Bake

  1. Place 1 cup of the Croutettes in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole or 8 x 8-inch baking dish; sprinkle with 1 cup of the salmon and 1 cup cheese.
  2. Repeat, using remaining Croutettes, salmon and cheese.
  3. Beat eggs slightly.
  4. Stir in milk, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings.
  5. Pour over contents of baking dish.
  6. Bake in moderate oven (350u0b0) about 1 hour or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  7. Garnish with parsley, pimiento strips or pepper rings, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
