Peaches And Cream Cheese Pie
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. regular vanilla pudding
- 1/2 c. milk
- 15 oz. can peaches
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. peach juice
- Grease a deep pie dish, bottom and sides.
- Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, butter, egg,tudding
- and
- milk. Beat and pour into pie dish.
- Drain peachesteal well reserving peach juice.
- Arrange
- peaches
- on
- top
- of batter.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar
- andt
- tablespoons peach juice.
- Spread over peaches and batter
- and
- leavet
- inch around edge, not covered.
- (The batter
- will
- raise
- to
- make crust.) Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar on top.
- Bakett
- 350u0b0 for 35 minutes.
- Chill overnight for best results before serving.
