Temptations
- 36 Reese's mini peanut butter cups (9 oz. pkg.)
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 3/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Cream butter and peanut butter.
- Gradually add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla, beat well.
- Combine flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
- Chill dough 1 hour.
- Shape into 36 (1-inch) balls.
- Place in lightly greased small muffin tin.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 12 minutes.
- Dough will rise during baking.
- Remove from oven.
- Press peanut butter cup into each hot crust.
- Cool completely.
- Remove from pan. Makes 3 dozen.
