Pizza Quiche

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
  2. 2. Spread cooking sauce in the bottom of pie crust. Layer
  3. pepperoni over sauce. Sprinkle on all the cheese.
  4. 3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the evaporated
  5. milk and seasonings. Pour mixture carefully over the
  6. cheese.
  7. 4. Bake at 425u0b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300u0b0 and
  8. bake an additional 55 minutes.
  9. 5. When quiche is set, a sharp knife will come out clean
  10. when inserted in the center.
  11. 5. After removing from oven wait five minutes before cutting.
