Pizza Quiche
- 1 9-inch Unbaked Pie Crust
- 1 16 oz. Jar Italian Cooking Sauce
- 1 c. Grated Swiss Cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c. Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Pinch of Nutmeg, Sugar, Cayenne Pepper, White Pepper
- Wafer Sliced Pepperoni
- 1. Preheat oven to 425u0b0.
- 2. Spread cooking sauce in the bottom of pie crust. Layer
- pepperoni over sauce. Sprinkle on all the cheese.
- 3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the evaporated
- milk and seasonings. Pour mixture carefully over the
- cheese.
- 4. Bake at 425u0b0 for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300u0b0 and
- bake an additional 55 minutes.
- 5. When quiche is set, a sharp knife will come out clean
- when inserted in the center.
- 5. After removing from oven wait five minutes before cutting.
