Orange Coconut Pound Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Cream butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add flavorings and mix well.
  5. Alternately add flour and milk, beating after each addition.
  6. Stir in coconut.
  7. Spoon batter into the 10-inch tube pan.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, approximately, or until toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Frost while warm (not hot) with the following frosting.
