Lasagne Roll-Ups
- 10 lasagne noodles
- 2 bunches spinach, finely chopped and mix well
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 c. onions, sliced
- 2 c. grated Muenster or Jack cheese
- 4 c. tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- Cook and drain lasagne noodles according to package directions.
- For filling: Steam spinach until limp.
- Add and mix well 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg.
- For topping:
- Prepare onions and cheeses. For sauce: Combine in a bowl:
- tomato sauce, garlic, basil oregano, and marjoram.
- Spread noodles with filling, roll up and stand on end in greased 9x13 baking pan.
- Sprinkle cheese and onions on top. Pour sauce over all.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
