Lasagne Roll-Ups

  1. Cook and drain lasagne noodles according to package directions.
  2. For filling: Steam spinach until limp.
  3. Add and mix well 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, cottage cheese, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg.
  4. For topping:
  5. Prepare onions and cheeses. For sauce: Combine in a bowl:
  6. tomato sauce, garlic, basil oregano, and marjoram.
  7. Spread noodles with filling, roll up and stand on end in greased 9x13 baking pan.
  8. Sprinkle cheese and onions on top. Pour sauce over all.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
