Philly Beef Steak Dip
- 1/2 lb schwan's frozen grilled onions and mixed mushrooms (1/2 bag)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 1/2 ounces schwan's frozen philly beef steaks (3 pieces)
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temp
- 1 cup light sour cream
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 12 ounces pita chips (1 bag)
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Saute onions and mushrooms in olive oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add beef and green bell pepper. Cook an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up beef.
- Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Transfer mixture to an 8"x8" baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese and bake 5 minutes or until cheese has melted. Serve with pita chips.
