Chicken Vegetable Fettucini

  1. Put vegetables in 9 x 12-inch casserole dish in microwave with 1 tablespoon water.
  2. Cook until tender, then set aside to drain. Debone chicken breasts; cube and season to taste.
  3. Brown in oleo. Remove chicken when brown, leaving remaining oleo.
  4. Saute onions. When ready, add cheese.
  5. When melted slowly, add milk and stir. Then add vegetables.
  6. Stir until well coated with cheese.
  7. Add noodles and chicken; stir gently again.
  8. Put in same 9 x 12-inch dish and top with bread crumbs.
  9. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
  10. Serves 6 to 8 people.
