My Shepherd'S Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In large bowl, combine crumbled meatloaf, vegetables and soup.
  3. Place mixture into a 10 inch deep pie dish.
  4. Stir cheese into potatoes.
  5. Spoon potatoes over meat mixture.
  6. Place pie plate on baking sheet & bake for 25 minutes or until hot and potatoes are light golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and top with 1/2 cup more of shredded cheese. Then, bake 5 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
