Turkey Manicotti

  1. Cook manicotti in boiling water about 18 minutes or until tender but still firm.
  2. Drain well.
  3. In a large skillet cook turkey until no longer pink.
  4. Drain.
  5. Stir in sauce; heat through.
  6. Mix together egg, Ricotta, Mozzarella, parsley and Parmesan.
  7. Stuff cheese mixture into shells.
  8. Spoon 1/3 of the sauce mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  9. Place shells atop.
  10. Top with remaining sauce mix; covering shells.
  11. Bake, covered, in a 350u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot.
  12. Serves 4.
