Grilled Orange Roughy With Tomato Basil Sauce

  1. For Grilling the Fish (for 4 people):
  2. Brush fish with oil and lemon.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, dried basil and oregano over fish. Place fish on lightly oiled rack.
  4. Grill over coals, 4 to 5 minutes per side, until done.
  5. Remove fish.
  6. Garnish with Tomato Basil Sauce and serve.
