Meggie'S Favorite Chicken Cordon Bleu

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Pound breast until thin, sprinkle with parsley.
  3. Top with cheese and ham.
  4. Roll up tightly.
  5. Stir together mayo and water in shallow dish.
  6. Roll each chicken fillet in mayo mixture, then bread crumbs.
  7. Arrange chicken rolls seam down on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through. Heat soup and water.
  9. Pour over chicken just before serving. Makes 258 calories with 14 gm. fat, 1/3 bread, 4 lean meat, 1/2 fat food exchange.
