Blueberry Cream Cheese Squares
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 4 c. blueberries, cleaned and drained
- 13 1/2 oz. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen whipped topping
- Combine cornstarch, sugar,
- water and blueberries.
- Cook while stirring over medium
- heattntil
- sauce thickens.tool. Combine cracker crumbs and margarine.
- Press 1/2 into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Mash
- cream
- cheese until soft, gradually beat in sugar and vanilla.told
- in
- topping.
- Spread
- 1/2
- of this carefully over thetrumbs.
- Spread
- all blueberry filling evenly over cheese.
- Spread remaining cheese, and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
- Chill overnight.
- Cut in squares to serve.
