Pepper Steak
- 1 large flank steak
- 3 large onions
- 6 large green peppers
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 5 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/4 c. molasses
- flour
- water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- Gravy Master to color
- 6 c. cooked rice
- Cut flank steak into thin slices.
- Fry in soy sauce; partially cook.
- Remove from pan.
- Cut onions and peppers into slices.
- Fry in oil until tender.
- Add meat.
- Add the beef bouillon cubes to 1 cup of hot water, then add mixture to meat, onions and peppers. Add the molasses, more or less, to taste.
- Stir well.
- Then take flour mixed with water to make a thick paste.
- Add to mixture to thicken.
- Add your Gravy Master to your desired color.
- Cook on low for about 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
