Pepper Steak

  1. Cut flank steak into thin slices.
  2. Fry in soy sauce; partially cook.
  3. Remove from pan.
  4. Cut onions and peppers into slices.
  5. Fry in oil until tender.
  6. Add meat.
  7. Add the beef bouillon cubes to 1 cup of hot water, then add mixture to meat, onions and peppers. Add the molasses, more or less, to taste.
  8. Stir well.
  9. Then take flour mixed with water to make a thick paste.
  10. Add to mixture to thicken.
  11. Add your Gravy Master to your desired color.
  12. Cook on low for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  13. Serve over rice.
