Kitchen Sink Soup

  1. Saute onion, garlic and celery together until limp.
  2. Add carrots, and saute a few minutes.
  3. Add in spaghetti sauce and stock.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add seasonings.
  6. Add noodles, broken up, and peas and corn.
  7. Boil until noodles are almost done.
  8. Add red pepper and cook through.
  9. Serve hot with buns.
  10. NOTE: all seasonings can be adjusted according to what you are using. this is just how I used up my left overs. :).
