Italian Sausage Bread(Stromboli)

  1. After bread has risen, roll out each loaf separately.
  2. Roll out to a 15 x 12-inch rectangle.
  3. Spread butter down the center third.
  4. On each bread rectangle, layer down the middle third the filling ingredients, the loose sausage, sliced sausage, mixture of 3 cheeses, mixture of both olives, green onions and mushrooms. Pull far side over filling and tuck under ingredients.
  5. Fold ends up and smooth, then pull other side over and tuck.
  6. Butter top of loaf.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until top is light brown. Can be frozen and reheated at 350u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
  8. Makes 3 loaves.
