Smothered Steak And Onions

  1. Sprinkle steak with lemon-herb seasoning.
  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot.
  3. Add steak and cook 2 minutes on each side to sear.
  4. Arrange onion rings over steak.
  5. Combine bouillon granules and hot water, stirring well; add to skillet.
  6. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until onion is tender.
  7. Remove steak and onion from skillet; keep warm.
