Chicken Pepper Gnocchi

  1. Coat a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Place over medium heat until hot.
  3. Add red peppers and the next 5 ingredients; saute until tender.
  4. Stir in salt, flour and bouillon granules.
  5. Gradually add water; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Set aside and keep warm.
  7. Cook pasta according to directions, omitting salt and fat.
  8. Drain and set aside.
