Lasagne
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3 small onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 4 cans tomato sauce (reserve 1 for topping)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. A.1. steak sauce
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 1 pkg. lasagne noodles
- 1 carton Ricotta cheese
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- Brown the ground
- beef, onions, garlic and green pepper in
- a small amount of oil.
- Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and 3 cans tomato sauce.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, Accent, herbs, steak and Tabasco
- sauces and simmer for 4 hours, until thick. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
