Quick Cabbage Stir Fry Asian-Style

  1. Heat the oil and butter in a large wok or frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic. Stir fry for about 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until garlic is fragrant. DO NOT burn!
  3. Increase heat to high. Once the heat is to temperature, add the cabbage, carrots, green onions, cider vinegar, and brown sugar. Stir fry for about 3 minutes or until the cabbage is tender-crisp.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
