Meat Balls

  1. Season the meat with the spices and add half the onion.
  2. Add the egg.
  3. Squnch it all together and then make 1 1/2-inch meat balls (seems to make between 10 and 12 of them).
  4. Place in a shallow baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  6. Flip the balls over with a spoon.
