Backporch Cabbage Slaw

  1. in a small bowl stir together all dressing ingredients.
  2. in large bowl layer 2 cups cabbage, 1 cup peas, 1/2 cup carrots, and 1/2 cup cucumber.
  3. pour 1/2 cup dressing over salad.
  4. repeat layer.
  5. pour remaining dressing over salad.
  6. sprinkle with 2 tablespoons parsley.
