That Good Salad

  1. Combine lemon juice, garlic, 1/4 cup parmesan, salt and pepper.
  2. Slowly drizzle in oil while whisking the entire time.
  3. Chill dressing for a few hours.
  4. For salad:
  5. In a bowl toss together all salad ingredients.
  6. Whisk dressing and drizzle over salad (may not need all the dressing).
  7. Sprinkle with croutons and serve immediately.
