Aaron'S Mom'S Beef & Pork Meat Loaf With Glaze
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning or 1/4 teaspoon sausage seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- Glaze
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients listed up to "Glaze".
- If using a 5x13x13 shallow pan, bake for one hour. If using a loaf pan, bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- Mix the glaze ingredients together thoroughly and serve as a side to the done meatloaf.
