Seafood Appetizer
- 1 (11-inch) Boboli bread
- 7 oz. can cream meat or 6 oz. fresh crab meat (all cartilage removed)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 can salmon, mostly drained (leave a Tbsp. or so of juice)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
- Mix together all ingredients and chill at least four hours (best overnight). If you want to be extra fancy, just before serving, form into a rounded mold and
- sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and slivered almonds.
