Tasty Spaghetti

  1. In 3-quart pan, brown meat very well.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Add olive oil to pan and brown garlic and onion.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Add puree and ground tomatoes.
  6. Let cook for 1 hour.
  7. Add tomato paste.
  8. If sauce gets too thick, add water.
  9. Simmer 2 hours, uncovered.
  10. Add seasonings to mixture.
  11. Cover and cook while cooking spaghetti. Drain spaghetti and put on a plate.
  12. Add cheese and sauce.
