Hamburger Broccoli Casserole
- 3 lb. ground chuck
- 1 1/2 pkg. (16 oz.) each chopped broccoli cuts
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) chicken and rice soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (6 oz.) French-fried onion rings
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Velveeta shredded cheese
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. chopped celery
- Brown ground beef, green pepper, chopped onions and chopped celery in electric skillet.
- Cook broccoli according to directions on package.
- Mix the soups together and heat.
- Put half the browned beef in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
- Layer half the broccoli, then onion rings, cheese and finally the soup.
- Repeat the layers. Bake at 350u0b0 until bubbles.
