Tater Tot Casserole
- 1 lb. raw ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato or onion or celery soup
- 1 bag frozen Tater Tots
- Ingredients will be layered in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
- Spread ground beef evenly and not too thick in bottom of baking dish.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Use dry soup mix, about 1/3 of envelope, and sprinkle over meat.
- Next spread mixed vegetables over meat.
- Use canned soup of your choice and smooth over vegetables.
- Then place Tater Tots (as many as you can) in a single layer on top.
- Bake at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes, then turn down to 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
- Your Tater Tots may brown quicker if oven is hotter.
- May also take longer if ground beef is too thick.
- Serve with a salad and bread of your choice and you have a meal.
- Serves about 4.
