Tater Tot Casserole

  1. Ingredients will be layered in an 8 x 11-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  2. Spread ground beef evenly and not too thick in bottom of baking dish.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Use dry soup mix, about 1/3 of envelope, and sprinkle over meat.
  5. Next spread mixed vegetables over meat.
  6. Use canned soup of your choice and smooth over vegetables.
  7. Then place Tater Tots (as many as you can) in a single layer on top.
  8. Bake at 400u0b0 for 30 minutes, then turn down to 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  9. Your Tater Tots may brown quicker if oven is hotter.
  10. May also take longer if ground beef is too thick.
  11. Serve with a salad and bread of your choice and you have a meal.
  12. Serves about 4.
