Lasagna
- 1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- salt
- pepper
- lasagna noodles
- Pam cooking spray
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- Cook sausage until browned.
- Put in food processor to chop up. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, garlic powder and salt.
- Cook over low heat, uncovered, for 1/2 hour.
- Set aside.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package.
- Need enough for 2 layers.
- In a bowl, mix together beaten eggs, Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
