Ham Roll-Ups
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped almonds
- 3 dashes of Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. dried mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pickapeppa sauce
- 1/4 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/8 tsp. pepper and salt
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. chives
- 1 pkg. sliced deli ham (1 lb.)
- Bring cheese to room temperature.
- Mash well with fork.
- Add remaining ingredients except ham and mix well.
- Put a tablespoon of mixture on each slice of ham and spread evenly.
- Roll ham lengthwise and place folded side down on cookie sheet; cover with Saran Wrap and freeze for 45 minutes.
- Remove and slice each roll into 9 to 10 pieces.
- Makes about 3 dozen.
- They may be stored in freezer up to 6 weeks.
