Ham Roll-Ups

  1. Bring cheese to room temperature.
  2. Mash well with fork.
  3. Add remaining ingredients except ham and mix well.
  4. Put a tablespoon of mixture on each slice of ham and spread evenly.
  5. Roll ham lengthwise and place folded side down on cookie sheet; cover with Saran Wrap and freeze for 45 minutes.
  6. Remove and slice each roll into 9 to 10 pieces.
  7. Makes about 3 dozen.
  8. They may be stored in freezer up to 6 weeks.
