Caramel Rocky Road Bars

  1. Grease 9-inch square baking pan.
  2. Electrically beat all "Crumb" ingredients except nuts.
  3. Stir in peanuts.
  4. Press 2/3 of the mixture into the baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0F for 12-17 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Spread 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping over baked crumb mixture.
  7. Sprinkle 1/2 cup peanuts, 1.5 cup mini marshmallows, and 1/2 cup chocolate pieces over caramel.
  8. Cover with the remaining 1/3 of crumb mixture.
  9. Return to oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Chill bars in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  11. Cut into squares and keep refrigerated until served.
