Date Squares (Gluten Free)

  1. Preheat Oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Mix and cook filling ingredients over low heat until semi thick.
  3. Cool.
  4. Mix all dough ingredients together and press 3/4 of mixture into bottom of greased 9x9inch pan.
  5. Spread the filling over top.
  6. Sprinkle the rest of the dough mixture over filling.
  7. Bake in preheated oven until top is golden (approx. 25 minutes).
  8. Cool & cut into squares.
  9. Enjoy.
