Tuna Casserole

  1. Drain and flake tuna and set aside.
  2. Cook noodles according to directions on package.
  3. Drain and rinse in hot water.
  4. Combine noodles, tuna, celery and onion.
  5. Blend in sour cream, thyme, mayonnaise mustard and salt.
  6. Spoon 1/2 the mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
  7. Top with 1/2 the zucchini.
  8. Continue in layers and finally top with cheese.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Top with chopped tomato.
