One Dish Meal
- 2 lb. very lean ground beef
- 2 c. potatoes, sliced thin
- 2 c. onions, sliced thin
- 1 c. carrots, sliced thin
- cabbage (white and red)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
- garlic salt to taste
- Greek seasoning to taste
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Put salt, pepper, garlic salt and Greek seasoning in bottom of electric frying pan.
- Form meat into a large patty to cover the whole bottom of the pan.
- Add another layer of 4 seasonings.
- Put 1/2 can of soup over meat.
- Layer potatoes, onions and carrots. Add more seasoning and more soup.
- Layer cabbage and mushrooms. Add remaining soup.
- Let simmer until meat and vegetables are done, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
