Garlic Herb Spread

  1. In large food processor with chopping blade process parsley, thyme, basil, tarragon and garlic until finely chopped.
  2. Add cream cheese, butter, Worcestershire and vinegar; process until well mixed and creamy.
  3. Line a 1 1/4-quart plastic container or shallow bowl with plastic wrap. Spread herb cheese into container; refrigerate.
  4. To serve, uncover container and invert cheese on to serving board or plate, remove container and plastic wrap. With small spatula or knife smooth surface. Garnish with fresh herbs.
