Garlic Herb Spread
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic, coarsely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into chunks
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
- In large food processor with chopping blade process parsley, thyme, basil, tarragon and garlic until finely chopped.
- Add cream cheese, butter, Worcestershire and vinegar; process until well mixed and creamy.
- Line a 1 1/4-quart plastic container or shallow bowl with plastic wrap. Spread herb cheese into container; refrigerate.
- To serve, uncover container and invert cheese on to serving board or plate, remove container and plastic wrap. With small spatula or knife smooth surface. Garnish with fresh herbs.
