Baked Vegetarian Ziti

  1. Heat oven to 450u0b0.
  2. In nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook mushrooms and pepper 3 minutes or until soft.
  3. In bowl, stir together next 8 ingredients.
  4. Spread evenly in 13 x 9-inch baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is heated through.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
