Deviled Clam Mushrooms

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees Remove and finely chop mushroom stems, set aside.
  2. Brush caps with melted margarine.
  3. In med.
  4. skillet, cook Garlic in 2 tbsp.
  5. butter until tender.
  6. Stir in flour.
  7. Add chopped mushroom stems and remaining ingredients except mushroom caps, mix well.
  8. Put mixture into mushroom caps.
  9. Place in shallow baking pan.
  10. Bake about 8 minutes or until hot.
