Zucchini Chocolate Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Grease and lightly flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Beat together butter, oil and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Blend in flavorings.
  6. Combine dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition.
  7. Stir in zucchini.
