Hospitality Pie
- 2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 3 (small size) graham cracker pie crusts
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- Peach Topping, Turkey-Vegetable Topping or Chili Topping
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
- Combine eggs, milk and butter; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
- Bake in a preheated, oiled waffle iron.
- Serve hot with desired topping.
- Yield:
- 3 (8-inch) waffles.
