Tomato Soup With Pasta

  1. Combine all ingredients except pasta, salt and pepper and cheese in slow cooker; cover and cook on high 3-4 hours.
  2. Process soup in food processor or blender until smooth.
  3. Return soup to slow cooker; cover and cook on high 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in pasta and cook until al dente, about 30 minutes.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with Parmesan.
