Cube Steak Roll-Ups

  1. Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
  2. Onto each steak, place a generous helping of stuffing in center.
  3. Roll up steak (s) and secure with toothpicks or skewers.
  4. Dredge each roll-up in seasoned flour.
  5. Brown meat in oil.
  6. Remove meat and drain off any excess fat.
  7. Combine mushroom soup and onion soup mix in small bowl.
  8. Return meat rolls to pan and pour soup combination over meat.
  9. Simmer on low heat until meat rolls are heated through and meat is done to your liking.
  10. Remove toothpicks before serving.
  11. Serve extra sauce over meat roll-ups (Sauce may be thinned by adding a bit of milk).
  12. Note: You could probably stuff the meat with a rice-based stuffing if you'd like!
